User Companies

These are the Companies the User can interact with.

User Alias

Entering email, phone, web address, and signature below can be considered a User alias and all Project notifications will use this contact info rather than the info in the User Details.

This is beneficial if you are running multiple companies and your users belong to those companies. For instance, let's say your main user information is with Company A, but you are working on an estimate for Company B. When the estimate is printed, the user's email and phone information for Company B will appear.

Company email (optional)

This is the company email assigned to the user. The user may have their main email that they use to login to the Contractors Cloud, but let's say you set up a block of emails specifically for this company that get forwarded to the user's main email. You can enter that email address here.

Company phone number (optional)

This is the company phone number assigned to the user. The user may already have a cell phone, but let's say you purchase a block of phone numbers for a given area that are forwarded to the user's main number. You can enter that number here.

Web Address/URL (optional)

This a URL/web address from your website. Companies that have an employee profile page on their website would paste that link here.

Signature (optional)

This is the email signature that will appear on all outgoing emails for this user.
