Albums Overview

Albums are collections of uploaded photos and can be attached to Proposals and Work Orders. Click the green plus folder to create an Album.

Details

Name (required)

The name of the Album.


Category (optional)

An Album Category is a custom label created in Company Settings, Estimate Setup (permission required). Examples of Categories are "Before Photos", "Inspection Photos", "Visible Damage", etc.


Album date (required)

The Album creation date.


Images per page (required)

These are the number of photos rendered on a page within the Album printout.


Share on customer portal (optional)

If shared, the Album will be visible on the Customer Portal.


Status (required)

This is the status of the Album. Only active Albums can be assigned to Proposals and Work Orders.


Description (optional)

An optional description for the Album. It is always helpful to add a description letting Users know how this Album is used and what it is intended for.



Adding Photos to an Album

Drag, or hold your control key and pick the images, and drag them into the Album folder or click the Add to Album button. To highlight photos, drag your mouse across a set of photos or hold the command/control key and click each photo.
