Completion Certificates
A certificate of completion in construction is a formal document that verifies a project has been finished according to the contract, plans, and regulations. It signals that the work is ready for occupancy and triggers the release of final payments, the start of warranty periods, and the final closeout of the project. The certificate is typically signed by the contractor and owner.

Homeowner Completion Certificate
This certificate is intended to be your customer/homeowner official sign-off on the project and indicates the start of the warranty period, if applicable.

Completion Certificate Date
The date the Company and the Customer agree the Project was completed to the satisfaction of all.

This is standard text that appears in every Homeowner Completion Certificate and is managed within Company Settings, Completion Certificates (permission required). See below.

This certificate is intended to be your insurance company official sign-off on the project and indicates the date of completion and may include what work was and was not completed.
