EagleView Integration
EagleView Roof Reports provide high-resolution images and the most accurate roof measurements in the industry. The finished reports serve as a marketing, production and warranty tool assisting you from first notice of lead to the sales presentation, through accurate ordering of materials to the final job closing.
How To Connect
Prior to ordering an EagleView report, make sure EagleView is connected to Contractors Cloud.
User Connections
All EagleView Users will need to connect their account to Contractors Cloud.
To connect, click the profile image in the upper-right corner and pick My Profile. Next, click Integrations and finally connect to EagleView.
When connecting, you will brought to an EagleView authorization page where the User will need to enter a username and password to connect.
Company Setup
Only one User with access to Company Settings can adjust the Company EagleView Settings.
Enable EagleView - This setting allows a User to pause EagleView ordering without disconnecting the integration. Make sure this is Enabled if this Company is ready to order EagleView reports.
Default Order Email Notifications
Any email addresses entered here will automatically appear within the EagleView Order Emails. This saves time when ordering an EagleView.
EagleView Reports
An EagleView Report contains aerial measurement data that can be used in various areas of Contractors Cloud.
To view the EagleView reports within a Project, click Sales then EagleView. EagleView needs to be integrated in order to interact with EagleView reports.
A list of EagleView reports is available within Company Settings, EagleView (permission required).
EagleView Report
When EagleView has finished processing the report, the report will be available for use within Contractors Cloud. The report provides information such as report files (and file assets) along with the raw measurement data. This data can be used to determine quantities within Estimates.
Ordering an EagleView Report
This is the form used to place a report order through EagleView.
Location
This is the location in which the EagleView report will be based on. Use the map feature to pinpoint the desired location.
Products
These are the available products provided by EagleView. They should match the options you'll find within your EagleView portal.
Special Instructions
These are any additional instructions or comments you would like to provide to EagleView.
Claim Information
This is the supplemental claim information that will be sent to EagleView.
Select Pick Claim Number to import any existing Project Claim data. This saves data entry time.
Email Recipients
These are the email addresses that EagleView will send the report to.
Promo Code
Enter a promo code here to receive a discount from EagleView.
Pricing an Order
Click the Price Order button below and Contractors Cloud will reach out to EagleView to get the latest pricing estimate.
Submitting an Order
Click Submit Order to send the order to EagleView. Feel free to check back often to check on the status of the EagleView report.
EagleView Files
These are the available files and assets from EagleView.
Click the extension within the Format column to open the individual file within your browser.
Click the Import link to import the file into the Project files. A check indicates the file has already been uploaded.
EagleView Report Status
This is the report status reported directly from EagleView.
When EagleView has completed a report, they will send Contractors Cloud a webhook in which we'll do our best to automatically import the important data. In addition, whenever an EagleView report is opened in Contractors Cloud, we'll reach out to EagleView to get the latest updates and will automatically upload information, if applicable.
EagleView Report Measurements
This is the raw/json measurement data produced and provided by EagleView.
This measurement data can be used to automatically determine quantity data within Estimates.
