Company Staff

These are the Users that can interact with this company and the projects it owns, regardless of permissions.

Add a Company User

Click the green plus circle to add a User to the Company.

Company Staff Options

Click a Company User to set their options.

Company email (optional)

This is an alternate, or alias, email address specific to the company. If set, this email will be used in any Project correspondence. Note, this defaults to the User's main User name email within their User profile.

Company phone (optional)

This is an alternate, or alias, phone number specific to the company. If set, this phone number will be used in any Project correspondence. Note, this defaults to the User's main phone within their User profile.

Web Address/URL (optional)

An optional web address specific to the User.

Signature (optional)

An optional email signature. If set, this signature will be used in any Project email correspondence.
