Contract Job Costs

This is the area where work orders, material orders, permits, vendor services, and unapplied expenses are entered and managed.

Actual Expenses - This tab shows all actual expenses that have been entered in orders, vendor services, permits, and unattached expenses.

Estimated Expenses - This tab shows the estimated expenses from the order, vendor service, and permit work ups. For instance, if you when you create labor items within a work order or materials in a material order it estimates the cost. Those costs are represented here.
