User - These are notes a User phyiscally typed and entered.


System - These are automatically generated notes documenting what happened.

The entity type in which the note relates to. These are not customizable.


Quick note

This is a customizable list of quick note responses. Quick Notes can be created in Company Settings, Project Quick Notes (permission required).
