Alert Details

Alert details define what triggers the alert and who should receive the alert notification.

Alert name

Type in a descriptive name for the alert (i.e. Project deleted alert).

Trigger

These are the actions that trigger the alert.

Recipient

This is the recipient for the alert.

The following are allowed recipients:

• User - An active Contractors Cloud User
• Company Role - The recipient will be whomever fills the Company Role within the Project Team of a Project.
• Company Team - A Company Team is a group of Users. Each team member will receive the notification.
• Contact - A general contact from your Contacts database.

Only one recipient is currently allowed for each Company Alert.

Days due (Task channel only)

This pertains to Task channel. If the alert includes a Task channel, this will set the due date of the task.

Status

Only Active alerts will be available for use.
