Event Duration

Event Duration allows you to set a start and end time of the Event. If a duration exists, this event will only be available for use if the project creation date falls within the duration dates. Leave these dates blank if you wish to make this Event available for use anytime.

Start Date

This is the date the event started.

End Date

This the date the event is expected to end.

IMPORTANT: Once the end date has passed the event will expire and will no longer be available for use. Therefore, upon nearing the end date and you wish to continue adding projects to the event, you may want to think about extending the end date. If you are running all projects under a single event and have no plans of using this feature, extend the end date out a few years to avoid an expiration.

Note: Contractors Cloud Classic (old version) requires a duration in order be used in Classic.
