Milestone Conditions

These are the conditions that must be satisfied in order to complete the milestone. A Milestone can have zero too many conditions.

Conditions are things that can be counted or verified. We offer many standard conditions to choose from.

For instance, if there is a condition within a milestone that states "Project must have at least 1 estimate", then the system will look in the project to see if there is at least one estimate. If so, the condition will be satisfied and crossed of. If there are no estimates, then the condition will NOT be satisfied and the project cannot move forward until it is satisfied.


Special Condition "Project contains custom file/photo upload" allows the User to pick a custom File/Photo Description (Company Settings). Therefore, in order for this condition to be satisfied, an uploaded file containing this description must be present. This is useful in making sure important documents such as contracts, options lists, etc. are present prior to the Project moving forward.


In order for a milestone to move forward, all conditions must be satisfied.
