Overview
This is the area where Estimates, Documents and Albums are organized into professional looking Proposals.
Order Pre-Builds
Order Pre-Builds contain criteria used to automatically convert Estimates into Work and Material Orders.

Estimates
Estimates are a collection of physical materials, estimating items, and/or labor items to propose a cost total to a customer or agent.

Documents
Documents are any form of text such as a formal letter, signature block, description, contract, etc.

Albums
Albums are collections of uploaded photos and can be attached to Proposals. Albums are also managed in the Project Photos/Files menu item.

Proposals
Proposals are a collection of estimates, albums, and custom documents organized in a unified document.

It is best to create your documents, estimates and albums prior to making a proposal.
