Proposal Builder Overview

The Proposal Builder allows you to create a proposal by adding items such as documents, albums, and material lists. Upon creation, the material lists will turn into estimates. By designating a Measurement Service, estimate quantities and prices will automatically populate depending on your Material, Material Conversion, and Automation settings.

Measurement Service

Picking a measurement service will automatically set measurement data within any estimate that is created. See Estimate Custom fields within Estimate Interface.  Currently, EagleView and RoofScope reports are supported.

Claim

Picking a claim will link the Insurance Claim to each Estimate created as well as the Proposal.

Documents

Click Add document to add a Company Document Template to the Proposal.

Add Estimate (Material List)

Click Add estimate to add a Material List to the Proposal. Upon creation, the Material List will be converted into an Estimate.

Add album

Click Add album to add an existing Project Album to the Proposal.

Click Create Album to create a blank album for the Proposal.

Create Proposal

Click Create Proposal to start the Proposal building process.

Once completed, you will see the newly created Proposal along with its Documents, Estimates, and Albums within the lists.
